CONNECTING WITH YOURSELF AND OTHERS THROUGH DANCING
Dance is more than just a hobby — it moves your body, mind, and heart. Whether you're dancing alone or with a partner, conscious movement, shared experiences, and new impulses create a deeper connection — with yourself and the people around you.
Dancing supports your body, mind, and soul.
It’s proven to boost health, activate the brain, and strengthen emotional presence, self-confidence, and your sense of connection.
At Dance and Grow, it’s not just about learning to dance —
it’s about personal growth, emotional connection, and real togetherness.

ABOUT ME

I AM MARIANNE!
Certified coach
focus on emotional, energetic and relationship-based coaching

Dance trainer
for Kizomba and Ladystyle

For me, dancing is more than steps – it is a mirror of our inner world.
I’ve danced for many years, and no matter how many moves I learned, what truly mattered on the dance floor wasn’t technique — it was connection.
In partner dance, unconscious patterns, emotional reactions, and relationship dynamics naturally show up.
This realization led me on my path: Through deep trainings with experienced coaches, I worked through my own emotional, physical, and systemic themes.
Out of this personal and professional path, Dance & Grow was born — a unique method that combines dance, emotions, inner growth, and relationship dynamics.

PHILOSOPHY
“In the end, it's the connections with others that give life its true meaning.”
Wilhelm von Humboldt
In a world full of technology, social media, and constant speed, we easily lose touch with what truly nourishes us: connection.
Connection to ourselves — and to others.
Learning to truly feel our emotions, to express them, and to let energy flow freely through the body is the key to a life of ease, vitality, and real closeness.
