Whether you're dancing in a club, moving to music in your living room, or practicing at a dance school, movement brings you into contact with yourself.

 

And that’s exactly what life and relationship coaching is about:
feeling your emotions, recognizing blocks, and creating real connection.

I combine bodywork, emotional process work, and coaching tools from various trainings — into a method that brings together movement, awareness, and inner growth.

Through intentional movement, you’ll begin to feel which emotions are blocking or empowering you — and learn to engage more mindfully with yourself and others.

 

This is where true transformation begins — not just in dance, but in your entire life: through deep self-connection, emotional clarity, and authentic relationship skills.

Using targeted practices from bodywork, emotional coaching, and relationship work, we explore key themes like: trust, closeness & space, communication, safety, ease, connection, and self-acceptance.

 

It’s not (just) about dance steps — it’s about using conscious movement as a gateway to your inner world.

Because when we feel our bodies and are present in the moment, emotions can flow – and true connections becomes possible.
