Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Scope of Services By booking a coaching session via this website, a binding agreement is formed between you and Marianne Jost. The coaching can take place online or on-site at the headquarters of Marianne Jost. Upon request, the coaching can also be conducted at another location. In such cases, additional costs (e.g., travel expenses, possible accommodation) can apply and must be agreed upon in writing in advance. 2. Duration and Fee Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. The fee must be paid before the start of the session in accordance with the agreed payment terms. When purchasing a 10-session package, the 10 sessions should ideally be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. If sessions remain unused after the 6-month period, an individual arrangement may be agreed upon in certain cases. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Rescheduling or cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the session will be considered as provided, and the right to the coaching session will expire. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued. This also applies if the session is not attended or only partially attended. 4. Late Arrival In case of late arrival, the coaching time will be reduced accordingly. There is no entitlement to an extension or refund. 5. Binding Effect By booking, you acknowledge and accept these booking and cancellation terms as binding.
