Cancellation Policy

1. General Information & Participation Registration for the free online workshop “More Than Steps” is binding. Participation is voluntary and requires a stable internet connection and a suitable environment. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they can attend without interruption and with full attention. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties. 2. Responsibility & Disclaimer Participation in the workshop is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility. The workshop is designed for personal development and self-awareness. It does not constitute, nor is it intended to replace, psychological or medical treatment. The organizer accepts no liability for any physical, emotional, or mental reactions occurring during or after the workshop. 3. Copyright & Intellectual Property All materials, exercises, videos, presentations, and recordings provided during the workshop are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They are intended solely for the personal use of registered participants. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, disclosure, or use of the content – in whole or in part – without the prior written consent of the organizer is strictly prohibited. The sharing of access links, materials, or recordings with third parties is not permitted. Any violation of these provisions may result in legal action. 4. Privacy, Recordings & Data Protection Participants will be informed in advance if the workshop is recorded. Recordings are made exclusively for internal purposes and may be made available to registered participants for a limited time following the event. If participants prefer not to appear in the recording, they may keep their camera and microphone deactivated. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used solely for organizational and communication purposes related to the workshop. The recording of the “More Than Steps” Online Workshop will remain accessible to registered participants for a period of one month after the event and will be permanently deleted on 21 November 2025. No copies will be retained or distributed beyond this period. 5. Agreement & Right to Modification By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to these booking terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the workshop’s content, structure, or schedule as necessary.
